PROJECT MANAGER II, FUEL SERVICES SUPPORT

Job Description

The purpose of this job is to monitor and maintain daily optimal blender performance, identifying issues and managing end-to-end repairs with support and third-party vendors.

  1. Monitor and oversee daily blender performance to ensure maximum uptime
  2. Identify blender operational issues quickly to prevent extended downtime and minimize service delays
  3. Problem solves, trouble shoot issues with the blending equipment and decide when to escalate to support and technical vendors
  4. Manage the end-to -end repair process with technical vendors
  5. Create work orders and purchase orders in internal systems tracking technical support at various retail sites
  6. Manage and resolve open work orders and purchase orders to maintain accurate administrative records
  7. Provide data driven input to leadership for annual maintenance and capital budgets
  8. Track daily blender metrics across all locations and put in data form
  9. Participate in special projects identified by manager, operations team and commercial team
  10. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure Vendors and team members are supported at the highest level
  11. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  12. Complete other duties as assigned.
  13. Be able to navigate FSM/Salesforce
  14. High school diploma or equivalent certification required

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification required
  • Fuel Maintenance experience preferred
