The purpose of this job is to provide product and services sourcing as well as store support encompassing response and resolution to store needs and problems.
Essential Job Functions
- Review form and standard contracts and understand terms and conditions. Collect pricing data and support in analyses.
- Perform routine data analysis on vendor performance and metrics.
- Look for improvement opportunities within departmental processes and workstreams.
- SME on store support, driving results and solutions autonomously. Identify issues and engage management and key stakeholders to review.
- Drive day-to-day product and services administration and store support including sourcing, testing, and selecting new products, programs, and services; respond to store needs and solve store problems.
- Organize, review, and analyze company data to identify trends, create meaningful reporting, and develop action items.
- Recommend and collaborate in vendor evaluation, selection, and negotiation process; establish and maintain contractual and business relationships.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures
